Refund policy

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns 

  1. If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us before we have dispatched the goods to you.  Where goods have already been dispatched you have 7 working days, from receipt of the order, in which to return the items for a refund.  Items must be returned in accordance with point 2 below.
  2. All items must be returned in the same condition they were sent out i.e. unworn, unused, unwashed and with original Rainbow Rebel tags still attached.  Items returned soiled and with any tags removed, defaced or damaged will not be refunded as they are considered worn/used.  The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
  3. Overseas customers should not use a courier but return via their local postal service and ensure that the customs form is marked clearly RETURN ITEMS. Failure to do this could result in an attempt by our customs to charge duty in which case we refuse to accept the delivery.
  4. Return postage is only paid by us for faulty items.  Items returned due to any other reason are the responsibility of the buyer to arrange and to pay for return postage.
  5. You must inform us within 7 working days of any damaged items or shortages in your order.  We will then advise what action is to be taken, either a refund or credit note.  Faulty items returned will not be accepted back without prior approval.  Please email photos of any defective goods to wholesale@rainbowrebel.com
  6. We are not responsible for items lost when on route back to us.  This is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure items are returned to us safely.
  7. Refund will be made through the same channel the customer used to pay and within 2 working days of the return of the item.
