Opportunities for Producers
We work directly with small producers in Nepal and India, creating long-term, fairly paid work.
Transparency & Accountability
We visit our suppliers, understand how items are made, and trade openly and honestly.
Fair Trading Practices
We never pressure suppliers to cut costs unfairly and resolve issues collaboratively.
Fair Payment
We pay at least 50% upfront on orders — often 100% — and never haggle unfairly.
No Child or Forced Labour
All items are made by adults working freely, safely, and by choice.
Equality & Inclusion
We support workplaces where women and men are treated equally and respectfully.
Good Working Conditions
Safe spaces, reasonable hours, proper facilities, and dignity at work are essential.
Capacity Building
We help suppliers develop skills, including plus-size clothing for Western markets.
Promoting Fair Trade
We actively share who makes our clothes and why Fair Trade matters.
